Syracuse Parade

Oh what a day for the Syracuse Parade.......... STARTED at 9:00 at the community center for some PANCAKES breakfast to help fund the Splash Pad. I have never gone to any of the splash pads around here but Heather takes the boys all the time. They seem to love it~ Off to the parade with Heather, the twins, to meet up with Jamie and Mandy.

Spent some time at the canival. Gavin and Talin went on a few rides, they had for the younger bunch. They really seemed to love the rides....... Heather did attempt the bouncey house but that was sure was a NO go on that one. My most FAVORTIE part of the would have to be the Navajo Taco!!!!!! I did miss out on getting Cotton Candy, which for those of you who know me best knows that for the firework season this is a must have =} All-in-all it was a fabulous day and I wouldn't have changed it for the world. Heather thanks for having me along for the ride...........I hope next year is even better and we will have a new edition with us as well. So I am super excited to share my favorite holidays with her~

Oh yeah this was the 1st real day out in the sun and my shoulders sure are paying for it....... they are fried. Here are a few pictures of our day.

Sophie's room....

......... in progress!!!! So as Derrick and I have cleaned out our old room to turn into Sophies soon to be room has been a blast. We have most of the major things ready for her. My mother-in-law has purchased our crib of us and my mother has bought us our bedding and accessories to match!! Derrick and I ordered the stroller and car seat combo pack. We bought a neutral color on the combo pack because Derrick one night taking, mentoned that we should go with neatual just in case our next child is a boy!?!?!?!? My jaw dropped and I responded with "our next." I am just trying to get through this pregnancy before I even start thinking about when we will have our next. Which I would love to clairify that it will not be for many years after Sophie comes.

Life of my prego-ness

So it has been awhile on my last update for baby belly pictures and life changes. Well here is the 411 that I can give you at this time. So I went to my doctor appointment May 18th and told him about all the great pains that I have been experiencing over the last month. So push come to shove I had GALLSTONES............. what a pain in my @$$.

Went to the hospital for gallstones and they tell my its indigestion ( Davis is a crap shoot and will not have my child there).

Meet my new doctor on tuesday May 25th and had my surgery on friday May 28th. I guess my new doc doesn't wait for anything. Going under, if you have done it you probably know how I felt, was really scary and I don't know if I will ever willingly be cut open again!!!!!! Derrick stayed home a few days and took EXCELLENT care of his wife and I love him dearly for that. Don't think I could have recovered without him, oh and Eddie's lovely wife made me some homemade Chicken Noodle~DeLiCiOuS~

Baby is doing great and kicking me all the time, that it drives me a little nuts, but I am sure it will only get worse. Starting to really get things rolling in her room! Hoping to have it fully set up and complete by mid July so lets see how I do. Started to read a baby book and wanted to cry cuz I have felt so lost for a long time and only adding fuel to that fire of fear.
Add curbing to the flower beds........... minus any flowers :} I really makes the yard look real nice.

This is where we stand at this time. So now that I am feeling much better I will start taken more pictures of the growing bump!!!!
