New Year, New things =}

Oh where do I start it has been so long since my last post so I will try to sum everything all up in one.

So January came and went without a blink of an eye. Which life that month did not go without it surprises!!!!! Then in February I celebrated valentines with Derrick which is always a treat but after 7 years of this eventful day we relaxed at home and did nothing special only spending much needed time together. I also celebrated my AMAZING 25th birthday, I feel old you know I am now HALF way to FIFTY. Come on that is so crazy I remember in elementary when it felt like our summer vacations would last forever. Well I guess times have changed and I am getting older :( I had a few family dinners which is always great when I am not cooking. There for awhile I was trying to make a new dinner at least once a week..... well lets just say that worked for three weeks and I haven't made something new since then!!! I have to admit that I really enjoyed making something new but it takes time and I feel like there is never enough time in the day to do all the things that I am required to get done.

Derrick finish another semister and is getting real close to getting is associates. I will be gald when he is completly done with his bacholors and school is put in our past. I don't know how he does it. I feel like if I started school again I would be completly lost in everything. He is a survivor that is for sure and I think nothing but the world of him!!!!

Started making baby shower invitaions for my friend Beverly, she is due this summer and a few of us from work are planning an open house for her. I hope all goes well in this process never really planned a baby shower. When we did Heathers she had everything planned to the T, I just offered my services when she needed them to make invites and my house for a location. I had never seen so many people in my house till that day. It was a great day and I am glad that Heather is Ms Crafty because I am far from it.

Work has ups and downs but I really hoping to plan a vacation here shortly so that I can have a break from that place. I wish that I could be a house wife but when I am home for a few days and have nothing plan I just get stir crazy sittting around. I would love to be a world traveler but I think I have many years till I get to that point.

So life is great for us right now!! Loving all the moments that we have together and with our loved ones. Life is short and I need to learn to appericate things a little more. I will have some pictures to post for everyone here shortly, I need to download them to my computer. I will get better at my post and try to keep everyone update on the things happening in our lifes!!!!
